    Shipping Policy

    Placing Your First Order

    All prices are in US dollars. Many US residents will have sales tax added in automatically at checkout. You must have cookies and javascript enabled on your browser to use our shopping cart system. If you do not have cookies enabled, you may still browse our catalog and send in your order via e-mail, mail, or fax. See below for information on ordering via e-mail, mail, or fax.

    Use the Search box at the top of any page to search our entire inventory. We also offer an advanced search for more searching options.

    Please note that items pictured on the web site are not always reflective of the exact condition of the product in stock. For the condition of a specific item, see the condition listed in the product description.

    Using the Shopping Cart

    If you want to order an item from Dane’s Games, click the “Add to Cart” button next to each item. You can access the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking the “Cart” icon at the top of any page.

    Checkout

    Take a moment to review all of the items you’ve placed in your Cart. If you’d like to remove an item, click the Remove link below the item’s quantity. You can change the quantity of any product you would like to purchase by changing the desired amount in the Quantity field, and then clicking the update link. When you’re ready to place an order for everything in your Cart, click the “Checkout” button.

    Enter Shipping Address

    Tell us where you would like us to ship your order. If your billing and shipping addresses are the same, you only need to fill out the Billing Address section and select the “Same as Billing Address” checkbox in the Shipping Address section.

    Provide a Method of Payment

    Let us know how you would like to pay for your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, debit cards, PayPal, gift certificates.

    Submit Your Order

    After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Your order will normally ship within 24 hours.

    For your convenience, we also accept orders sent in via e-mail. If possible, we recommend that orders be placed on our web site, where you will receive instant shipping costs, better selection, and faster processing.

    E-mail Orders

    When placing an order via e-mail, please include your full name, address, product selection, shipping preference, and payment method. E-mail your order to danesgamesgeneva@gmail.com. Please wait for a confirmation e-mail with your final shipping costs before sending any payment. If you prefer, you may also call in your credit card number.

    Domestic Shipping (in the USA)

    Flat Rate

    Flat Rate offers affordable delivery service to the United States depending on your location. Flat Rate will typically deliver in 2-7 Days. Some locations may take up to 21 days to deliver. Tracking and insurance are included free of charge. Noble Flat Rate shipping will never exceed $9.95, no matter what or how much you order!

    In Store Pickup

    You can pickup in store if that is more convenient for you! If you pay with credit card or Paypal at checkout, we’ll have your order ready for you by the next business day. If you prefer to pay in cash or when you arrive, we’ll gather your order while you wait. Pickup is generally available from 2pm to 10pm, M-F and 12pm to 8pm on the weekend, but if you need to pick it up sooner, or immediately, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you receive a “your order has shipped” e-mail, and selected the pickup option, that means your items are being gathered and made ready. Please note: We stock more titles than are available online so we always recommend you drop by and see what we have!

    Dane’s Games Shipping Guarantee

    We guarantee you will receive your shipment, even internationally, or we will send another or issue you store credit for other purchases! However, on occasion, due to various shipping vagaries beyond our control, your order can take longer than the estimated amount of time. The maximum delivery time we expect you to wait before sending you a new shipment is 15 business days for shipments within the continental USA. Please note that 99% of all packages arrive before then, and you shouldn’t be unduly worried about a delay. If you believe your order is late or lost, please check with your local post and/or customs office to make sure they are not holding the package for you.
